You can subscribe to our bulletin for free on our webpage. When you register for the bulletin, the data entered into the entry field are sent to us. To register for our bulletin, we use double opt-in. In other words, after registering, we will send you an email to the address you have provided, requesting that you confirm you wish to receive the bulletin. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically eliminated after one month. Moreover, we store IP addresses you use and the date and time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to verify your registration, and if applicable, to clarify possible undue use of your personal data.
The only mandatory data to be able to send you the bulletin is your email address. Provision of the other data is voluntary, and will be used to address you personally. Once you confirm, we will store your email address to send you the bulletin. This procedure falls under art. 6, section 1, p. 1, letter a of DS-GVO (RGPD in German).
In the event that you acquire our products or services, and have thus provided your email address, we may use it to send you a bulletin. In this case, only direct advertising for products or similar services will be sent to you in the bulletin. After purchasing products or service, sending the bulletin falls under art. 7, section 3, of the German unfair competition law (UWG).
Regarding data processing, data are not shared with third parties when the bulletins are sent. The data are used only to send the bulletin.
The data are deleted once they are no longer valid to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected. Thus, the user's email address will be stored as long as the bulletin subscription remains active. Other personal data collected during the registration process will generally be deleted after a seven-day period. Only the anonymised email address will be kept in the system to confirm cancellation of subscription, and to guarantee that those not wishing to receive further information are not written to.
The user in question may cancel bulletin subscription at any time. There is a link in each bulletin where they can unsubscribe.
We store the data on protected servers in Germany. You may withdraw your consent to store your data and use them to send you the bulletin at any time. Each bulletin includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also send us a message at datenschutz@sonamoixa.de.
Marketing emails will be sent with the professional email sending software Mailingwork, whose server is in Germany. The emails we send contain an impression pixel, which is a miniature image integrated into HTML email sending. It records and analyses a log file. With the embedded impression pixel, Son Amoixa will know if an email has been opened, and when. With link monitoring (technically activated as forwarding through an email sending server), when and which links are opened is analysed. The software anonymously analyses the data to see how successful the bulletins are. To this end, profiles for personal use are NOT established.
